The Sales Executive must have proven success in the outsourcing industry; and a demonstrated ability to create and cultivate solid business relationships with C, VP, and D-level executives

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing and closing business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, leading proposal development efforts, and other related sales activities.  Must develop sales strategies and execute account plans in support of goals/objectives.


The successful Sales Executive will possess:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in selling ITO, BPO, CDO, and KPO outsourcing services.
  • Demonstrated track record of business development expertise in generating new accounts.
  • Ability to demonstrate an immediate, positive impact on sales.
  • Extensive C, VP & D-level established relationships.
  • Understanding of
    • Current ITO trends, technologies, concepts,  solutions & environments
    • Value added BPO services.  We don’t “push paper or do phone calls”
    • The rapidly growing range of CDO outsourcing services
  •  Communication skills to effectively articulate our Company’s competitive advantages  while understanding competitors strengths and weaknesses.
  • Excellent time management, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable business.

  Four year degree or equivalent real world experience.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary plus commission
  • Stock option equity bonuses – Shareholder and Annual Bonuses.  In 2009, bonuses were 10% of salary.
