What is the Rural America Authorized Sales Partner program and how does it work?

Why does Rural America need Authorized Sales Partners?

Basically, Rural America is growing so rapidly that inside sales can’t keep up. Launched in August 2008, we are now providing outsourcing projects and services worldwide. We are currently recruiting rural-based Associates in 20 states, expanding to 28 states by end of 2010, and all 50 states by end of 2011. With over 600 applicants already and hundreds of very talented professionals with numerous skill sets applying still, we have far more talent available for outsourcing projects and services than our internal sales team can put to work.

We need your help in getting the OnShoring outsourcing message out to potential decision-makers. Even with the increased economic and political focus on bringing jobs back to America, most business leaders don’t even know there is now a rural USA OnShoring alternative they can turn to – better than both offshoring and expensive USA urban outsourcing.

You will earn a generous “finder’s fee” commission for referring contacts and opportunities that successfully turn into outsourcing projects and services completed by Rural America's Team.

What OnShoring Outsourcing Services are available?

Can we make money offering Rural America’s OnShoring Outsourcing Services? Is it worth our time?

Rural America pays “finder’s fees” commissions of 5% and 10%. An example of a 5% commission would be an introduction to a contact which turns into an opportunity. If it is a $20,000 IT project, you will earn $1,000.

An example of a fee worth 10% commission would be where you have a qualified, ready-to-go, $300,000 opportunity for a company needing to outsource marketing services. Rural America takes it from there, closes the deal, and sends you a check for $30,000 (10%) once the project is completed.

How long will I receive commission checks?

Rural America will direct deposit commission checks to you for as long as you remain in the Sales Partner program and we are continuing to serve your contact/customer.

Do I have to be a Business to be an Authorized Sales Partner?

No. Any individual can offer OnShoring Outsourcing Services to his or her network of contacts.

Do I provide front-line contact/customer support as a Rural America Authorized Sales Partner?

We don't require this, but we encourage Sales Partners to be as proactive as they can in supporting their contact/customers. The more you learn about their outsourcing needs and help their business grow, the more opportunities will present themselves for you to earn revenue. By continuing to support and advise your contact/customers - after the outsourcing project is completed, your ongoing outsourcing support and advice will strengthen your relationship with them, perhaps leading to additional OnShoring Outsourcing Services

We've worked hard to build up our client list. How do we know that Rural America won't later take the relationship direct and cut us out?

Never will happen! We fully recognize and appreciate the complementary role you play as a Sales Partner in bringing these services to business contacts/clients. Without your help and without your trust in referring contacts and opportunities to Rural America, neither party makes money.  We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our Sales Partners. Rural America will not violate these Partnerships.

Rural America’s mission is and will be “helping bring jobs back to Rural America.”  To accomplish that, we focus on providing a wide range of outsourcing services performed by qualified Associates. To help us do that, we need you to focus on finding us referral opportunities. We call this Teamwork!

With this Sales Partner program, you own the relationship with your contacts/clients. You determine whom to approach, listen to their needs, create a solution that includes Rural America’s outsourcing services, and introduce to Rural America.

Will we need to make a heavy up-front investment before we know whether offering OnShoring Outsourcing Services will work for our business?

No. You will invest no money at all. It is necessary that you invest some time in services and sales training, and we've made this part as painless and lightweight as possible. The Sales Partners program has no entry fee and there are no minimum volume requirements. The Revenue you earn from the Sales Partner Program is directly related to the time and effort you invest into offering OnShoring Outsourcing Services to those you know.

We're looking to grow our business. How and where can we find new clients that are best suited to OnShoring Outsourcing Services?

First look at your existing clients, contacts, and friends. Businesses of all sizes may have difficulty in doing everything in-house that they would like to do. You may find that that list is fairly substantial. Then you need to understand their needs in order to sell the services they require. To help you attract their interest, we've put together sales and marketing materials for you to assist you and your sales reps in closing new business. These include customizable marketing collateral and sales presentations, case studies, white papers, a Rural America Authorized Sales Partner logo, and more. We've found that OnShoring Outsourcing Services appeals to businesses of all sizes and to many different industry verticals. This is because we can do just about anything they need done.

Once you feel comfortable explaining OnShoring Outsourcing Services value propositions, we suggest speaking with some of your existing contacts/clients and developing a strategy for approaching your target market. We are happy to work with you on this as well.

Do you have an official certification program?

Rural America does not currently have a certification program for Sales Partners, but we're considering it because we realize certification by Rural America is an important decision criteria for your contacts/clients.
