Business Analysis
No matter how technically brilliant your solution will seem like during delivery, your business will not reap comprehensive benefits of that solution if it is not aligned with your native processes. At Rural America, we understand that the first step in any major project is to analyze, optimize and document your business processes, before handing it over to the development team.
Our Business Analysts are skilled at working with end-users to determine what their needs are. They will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) of your functional domain and provide guidance over areas concerning pain points associated with the process, and identify methods and alternatives to streamline flawed processes in order to ensure that your business' functionality will deliver higher productivity and efficiency, while allowing it to evolve as business needs change over time. You will also benefit from our analysts' technical background as they advise on areas concerning feasibility of a business need.
Whether you need to optimize and re-design an old process, translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications on a new project, or an finely tuned normalized data model, Rural America will help you make the transition from user requirements to project development an easy one.

Packspecs
This Packaging specifications company desired a web application that would centralize all of its functions and processes under one control. Several stakeholders were involved in this intricate process, and the primary goal of this request was to facilitate constant communication between them. We were entrusted with the task of analyzing processes and translating them into functional and technical specifications that would aid in smooth workflow throughout the application.
We reviewed and studied the packaging specification submittal process and designed a data model. We identified use case scenarios across different layers of the proposed application, designed work flows to illustrate how every use case will interact with the data model, and developed a technical architecture to aid the development team in bringing our business requirement models into fruition.
